TASK - Game Night Pre Event

Event Rules & Guidelines — Please Read Carefully

Access the Event Kit → which includes rules, posters, promotional materials, certificate templates, our presentation deck, and the Participant Post-Event Feedback Form that every attendee must fill at the end of the session.

Minimum 10 participants are required for the event to be counted as complete. Completion is determined by the number of submitted participant feedback form entries — so ensure every attendee fills the form. We recommend inviting buffer participants to account for no-shows.

All events must be recorded and transcribed to be eligible for evaluation. Submissions without a valid recording and transcription will not be assessed.

Change of date or time will not be entertained once this form is submitted. Please confirm your schedule before proceeding.

The ambassador will nominate a winner, however we will also independently evaluate all entries. Any favoritism detected may result in disqualification of the ambassador.

The task brief and theme will be shared by us in the presentation deck included in the Event Kit. Do not create or use custom briefs or themes.

We may conduct surprise checks and join any GMeet call at any time without prior notice
